Ever have a six year old kid teach you something about life?
That’s what happened to me the other day when my buddy was sharing a story about his son Nash.
Awesome kid, super smart and just plain wise.
He is currently in tee ball and when asked what he thought of tee ball he said this:
“You know… I would really love tee ball if it wasn’t for that ball. I mean, I love dressing up in my uniform, I love running around, I love hanging out with my friends in the dugout, I love the treat tickets and the playing outside… but that ball really creates a lot of problems for me. The ball makes everything very stressful. You are suppose to hit it when it’s pitched to you, catch it when its thrown to you, field it when it’s hit to you and if you don’t hit it, catch it, or field it, everybody is disappointed. And it’s very stressful. If it wasn’t for that ball, I would absolutely love tee ball.”
When I heard this I knew exactly what Ol’ Nash was talking about.
And when it comes to learning piano (Especially the traditional way) theres lots of annoying “balls” to deal with.
-Sheet Music
-Theory
-Right Keyboard Or Piano
-Coordination of hands
-Boring songs and exercises
and on and on.
Well I assure you at PianoFool we have taken all those things away. The Layer Method basically deflates all the air out of those balls and gets you playing right away.
In the very first module you are playing with both hands. Really.
So if you are tired of making excuses for not signing up or practicing.
It’s time to head over here and get to playing:
