Now Im off to buy flowers too…
I am pretty much anti anything that says, “It’s just what you have to do to be normal like everyone else”
Then I got married.
All that changed. I am now one of those guys.
So here we are men… Off to buy flowers that will die, write notes on cards that are cheesy, and go out of our way to be “extra” lovey today.
Well… for those of us who are like that all the time, this day is simply just another day in our lives.
But!
Since we are confined by society norms to buy something… Why not make it something that lasts forever.
No ladies, not a diamond.
I am talking about a Valentines day that will be remembered forever as well. The one where you gave the gift of piano playing to your loved one.
Think about it…
… someday not so long in the future, your loved one will be asked this question.
“I didn’t know you played piano, how did you learn?”
Then they will say.
