So I’ve been a pregnant husband now for about 18 weeks.
And for some reason I decided to keep a “Pregnancy Observation Log”
I’m finding out that wifey is increasingly annoyed with the fact I am observing changes as the pregnancy goes on. And the guy reading this who has been through a pregnancy before automatically knows my error in thinking this was a good idea.
But it’s not my fault… I am naturally curious.
Anyway… Here are the 5 things I have noticed so far.
#1 “No More Cooking”
So it appears Megan no longer enjoys cooking as much as she used to. The Wine as part of this process was what she enjoyed. Sandwiches from here on out.
#2 “Random Pillows”
Furniture must not be as comfortable as it used to be, because I am noticing random pillows around the house that never existed before.
#3 “Climate Control”
The sense of temperature seems skewed. One minute she thinks she is sitting on a hot plate…the next she has the heat turned to 85 degrees. Thank goodness for separate climate zones in the car.
#4 “Stop Talking”
Tim:Do you think we are gonna make it through this pregnancy deal?
Wifey: If you stop talking we might.
#5 “Name Change”
I used to have an affectionate pet name. Now I am simply “Tiiiiimmmm” (with annoyed tone)
It’s getting fairly volatile around these parts so I am not sure how much longer I will be able to keep this log.
It was fun while it lasted.
(sort of)
But you know what’s fun and lasts forever?
You’re ability to play the piano with both hands with songs you love. Do it without sheet music and never forget the skills you learn. That is real fun. Real joy. And real life memories.
So.
The Layer Method will help you do this practicing only 10-15 minutes per day.
By Turkey day you will be playing in front of friends and family.
It’s Saturday morning. Don’t wait till Monday to start to learn to play piano by ear. You could be amazed at what you will learn in 2 days if you sign up now for the Layer Method of Piano program:
