If you are questioning whether or not The Layer Method of Piano is for you…
…then you must read this email.
It will clear up any doubt about who this program is for and who it is not.
Who it is NOT for can be explain by this email that I received yesterday:
“Tim, your ad is too long to read; it is almost as bad as taking piano lessons for years, and still are unable to sit down and play anything. I have purchased countless books, cds, dvds, on the internet and they all equal up to zero. I still can’t sit down and play anything, with the exception of some low intermediate tunes only with the music in front of me and at a very low pace. I just give up. I have a closet full of books and methods and I still can’t play anything randomly…
Practicing sucks big time when you don’t see any noticeable improvement. So I have finally given up. Just felt like purging. Thanks for listening. Again your ad is much too long, I don’t have the patience to read it all. Briefly can you explain Your method more succinctly. Thanks. (name not important)”
Here’s the deal.
My ad is not too long.
It is the perfect length.
You know why?
Because it is meant to repel these exact types of people.
Ones with little to no patience.
Ones who hop around thinking the next little shiny object will cure their lack of disclipine and work ethic and somehow they will magically succeed at playing piano.
I could briefly explain the Layer Method, but there is a problem with me doing that.
They may buy my product.
Then, because they have no patience or discipline they will not be successful. These types cause the most headaches. It’s not worth it.
NOW…
On the other side of the coin. Let’s look at another email I received on the same day by someone who is perfect for the Layer Method.
In Pete’s words:
“Tim, I’m 74 and I bought your system and now I can play and sing any song I want to on the piano. Its enough to keep me singing and enjoying my alone time. Thanks for your expertise and simplicity on how to learn the piano. Pete”
Pete simply took the time to read the letter (ad), make a decision to commit to the program, put his head down, practiced the step by step lessons, and walllaaaa…
…he can now play the piano the way he wants to play.
And Pete is 74! I know… that’s the new 60, but whatever the age, young (over 16) or matured, you can do this.
I show you how.
