Wilda is a problem student.
She writes about her struggles so far with my program:
“Hey Tim, Thanks for not forgetting me, I don’t think you could, since I’ve e-mailed u so many times about my problems. Well, I have not enjoyed your teaching that much…so far…because of my computer problems. It’s not your fault at all, today is the day I get upgraded to a faster speed on my computer so things are looking up, don’t you know. I’ll let you know how things are shaping up in a few. Thanks for caring and for your advice. C U, Wilda”
Wilda is my hero.
She will be successful at the Layer Method of Piano.
For one simple reason.
She has the right kind of perseverance.
Her biggest challenge to playing the piano is her computer.
Once she fights through that, playing the piano will be easy.
There are always reasons to quit.
Wilda has had every reason to just say, “IM OUT!”
But she didn’t.
And she will be playing the piano with both hands very shortly.
Most everybody has taken piano lessons and quit before.
It’s almost as universal as playing kickball at some point in your life.
Heck, I failed at it three times.
And then I stumbled upon the Layer Method.
And now I play.
And so do thousands of others across the globe.
It’s that simple.
You can do the same.
OR you can do nothing.
It reminds me of a quote by a very wise man I know well.
He said, “You can either try and fail, or do nothing and succeed”
It’s easy to be a success, it takes effort to fail.
But what you get out of trying is worth it’s weight in gold.
Stop making excuses.
Just go for it.
